Bantam girls emerge victorious over the Lindsay Lynx

The Camp Red Eagle/Parkview Dental Girls Bancroft Jets are off to a flying start in 2016. On Saturday, Jan. 2, the girls travelled to Oakwood to play their first game of the new year against the undefeated Lindsay Lynx.
They took to the ice with their heads up and a strong desire to beat this team. Their efforts paid off. The first goal of the game was scored by #5 Paige Billings and our second goal by #13 Alana Jentas with Lindsay remaining scoreless throughout giving our goalie #1 Olivia Dawe another shutout and final score 2-0.
Every one of the girls played hard and can celebrate this win with pride! A special thank you to our sponsors, dedicated coaching staff, families and fans. Go Jets go!
